We are seeking a reliable, dedicated, and professional Company Own Rider to join our growing team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and timely deliveries while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Safe Transportation: Operate company-provided motorcycles safely and responsibly in compliance with Qatar traffic laws.
Timely Delivery: Ensure all items, packages, or orders are picked up and delivered promptly to the correct locations across Doha.
Order Management: Verify delivery details, cross-check items before departure, and update delivery statuses accurately through our mobile application.
Customer Service: Act as a professional representative of the company when interacting with clients and customers during drop-offs.
Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine daily checks of the assigned vehicle (fuel, brakes, tires) and report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs immediately.
Valid License: Must possess a valid, clean Qatari Motorcycle Driving License.
Experience: Proven experience as a delivery rider, courier, or similar role in Qatar is highly preferred.
Geographical Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Doha roads, routes, and neighborhoods. Ability to navigate efficiently using GPS/Google Maps.
Communication Skills: Good command of English (spoken and basic written). Knowledge of Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
Professional Integrity: Reliable, punctual, disciplined, and capable of working independently under pressure.
Documentation: Valid QID with a transferable visa or NOC is preferred.
Salary: Competitive fixed salary/allowance (as indicated: 15 QAR base metric/incentive structure).
Company Vehicle: Well-maintained motorcycle provided by the company, including fuel and maintenance support.
Contract Type: Stable, long-term Full-Time employment.
